Sum Story Points, Team & Two Dimensional Filter Gadgets
Four dashboard gadgets for Jira Cloud that answer what the built-in ones leave open: what a filter actually adds up to, how work splits across two fields at once, how far each epic has got, and where the work sits right now.
- Field Sum & Roll-upSum story points or any numeric field over a saved filter, a project or your own JQL, grouped by epic, assignee, status, priority, type, label or project.
- Two Dimensional Filter StatisticsAny two fields as rows and columns — including Team, sprints and your own custom fields — with row, column and grand totals.
- Epic Progress BarsDone against total for the work under each epic, by issue count or by any numeric field.
- Status Category BreakdownTo do, in progress and done in workflow order, with the individual statuses behind each stage.
How it is built
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge, inside your own Atlassian cloud instance. It keeps no data of its own — no database, no key-value store, no cache — calls no external service, and asks for a single read-only permission. Every calculation runs with the Jira permissions of the person looking at the dashboard, so the app can never show anyone data they could not already find in Jira.
Where to go next
- The app on the Atlassian Marketplace — install, pricing and reviews.
- Documentation — every setting, the limits, and the FAQ.
- Recipes — four common questions and the exact settings that answer them.
- How it compares — built-in gadgets, a spreadsheet, or this, and what this app deliberately does not do.
- Privacy policy — what the app reads, what it stores, what we receive.
- apps@probiusproiect.ro — support, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Europe/Bucharest.
What it costs
Nothing for sites with up to 10 users. Larger sites get Atlassian's standard 30-day free trial, then a subscription billed by Atlassian alongside Jira itself — no separate account, no payment details given to us, and an admin can cancel at any time.
